The Prince Laurent Foundation, with its full denomination “Prince Laurent Foundation for animal welfare, whatever the kind or whatever the part man has assigned to each taking into account the importance of their contribution to the development of mankind”, has applied itself the task of running veterinary dispensaries freely accessible to the most deprived people in our society (homeless, people with very low incomes or living on a social allowance).

With the help of its dispensaries, the Prince Laurent Foundation provides people living in poverty the opportunity to enjoy the presence of an animal companion to they will be able to give the care necessary should this be required. Based on the principle that an animal is very often the only ray of hope for those who have lost everything and must survive in difficult conditions, the dispensaries of the Prince Laurent Foundation are able to meet their expectation should the need arise, and fulfill their social part when the animal are stricken by illness and their master cannot afford the means necessary for its care.   à qui s'adressent nos Dispensaries ?

The dispensaries of the Prince Laurent Foundation has been established in the three regions of the countries : one in Brussels (opened in 1996), one in Antwerp (opened in 2001), one in Seraing (opened in 1997) and one in Hornu (opened in 2004).
