Documents to be presented at the first visit to a dispensary ?

identity papers ;
Proof of revenue (recent attestation delivered by a social services payment office) ;
proof of the family composition (to be obtained at the town-hall) 7,50 € per animal per annum ;
If at all possible documents relating tot the animal (inoculation book, documents providing proof of acquisition or adoption.).

Remarks :
Persons with a revenue exceeding the limits mentioned but who can offer proof of fixed medical of pharmaceutical expenditures consequent to illness and in this way find themselves with a monthly revenue below the allowed maximum amounts, will likewise be aided.
In this case, they will have to provide precise documents attesting to it, e.g. In a statement issued by a solicitor, a certificate from a doctor or a pharmacist.
no more than two animals per family will receive treatment under the conditions above.
