In addition to granting the Scientific Prize, the prince Laurent Foundation presents Awards to persons or organisations deserving to be rewarded for their contribution to animal welfare and protection.

These awards are presented to the laureates by H.R.H. Prince Laurent during the Gala of the Foundation.
